Adrian Pleșca și Răzvan Moldovan fac gălăgie împreună de la începutul anilor ’70; în 1982 fondează Timpuri Noi, cu care scot aproape o jumătate de disc în anul 1989, apoi iau o pauză. Noul mileniu îi găseste în Partizan, când publică două albume fantastice apoi iau o pauză. Reuniți în 2010, de-a lungul decadei experimentează diverse direcții, anul 2019 stabilizând formula actuală cu venirea basistului Adrian Agheniței.
Albumul „Nori peste Sălăjan” marchează întoarcerea la Electrecord cu un buchet de piese vechi și noi, ale căror teme variază de la introspecţie şi melancolie urbană, până la ironie socială şi jocuri de cuvinte inspirate, toate susţinute de un sound modern, cu puternice influenţe electronice, dar care păstrează totuşi acel aer recognoscibil ce a consacrat formaţia încă din anii 2000.
