The no-frills approach to stereo cassette deck design has never produced such an all-around performer as the ND-390.
Each of its features has been chosen with care and discrimination to provide the audiophile with the latest in magnetic and electronic technology.
The ND-390 uses the new and advanced metal tapes, meaning wider dynamic range and the clean reproduction of high frequency transients.
Nikko technology has also created a new hard permalloy head, which draws out the best qualities of all tapes. The high maximum magnetic flux density and permeability of this particular alloy ensures low noise and low distortion recordings.
Maximum performance from the tape you use is ensured by the separately-designed bias and equalizer. The unit also incorporates two large VU meters, cue/review and an output level control.
