Under normal conditions, orders are shipped within 1-4 days from the Retrospace headquarters in Oradea. After placing the order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email, which means that we have received your order and it is being processed. If we find inconsistencies between the products ordered and their existence or physical condition, we will inform the customer by email or phone. Parcels are sent daily until 16:00 at the latest. The delivery method is chosen from the shopping cart in step 3. If the product is ordered with "pick-up in store", it is reserved for pickup. If the products are not picked up in time, they become available again on the website. Delivery in Romania is made by fast courier (Fan, Cargus, Sameday).

The shipping fee is displayed in the shopping cart also at step 3, in the order summary and when completing an order. The fee is 20 RON for standard packages within Romania, with possible small changes depending on the weight of the package. This fee includes handling and packaging costs, as well as courier costs. Orders with a value of over 300 RON (attention - after discounts) will be delivered free of charge, except in cases where a special promotion applies or is specified otherwise. In the case of very heavy, bulky packages or locations outside the couriers' coverage area, the costs will be specified and communicated punctually. Likewise, shipping costs outside of Romania will be communicated to the client punctually based on the best offer from our international couriers. 

The products are properly packed, wrapped with protective film and/or expanded polystyrene, then packed in cardboard boxes, sealed with wide type adhesive tape. All parcels are marked with the inscription 'FRAGILE'. Although we take all measures to protect the products so that they reach you in the same condition, the responsibility for the integrity of the packages rests with the transport companies - RETROSPACE is not responsible for defects or accidents during transport. Please do not accept parcels that have been unsealed and/or visibly damaged, and inform us as soon as possible if such cases occur. Any complaint must be registered in the presence of the courier and before signing the receipt of the goods, so we recommend a careful inspection of the products upon receipt.
